The Gambia Electrical Company’s main objective for each project is to produce an ‘A’ grade electrical system that best suits the client’s requirements and specifications with all works complying with the relevant standards.

To complete this goal our management team conducts construction meetings to discuss project status, design, switchboard construction, site works and project co ordination.

Clients are advised promptly of any issues requiring amendments to the original specifications. Each project is lead by a project foreman who in turn reports to the project manager.

Our managers then liaise with the foremen from the other associated coordinating trades. At all times we encourage the communication lines to be kept open.

Our project manager is also responsible for liaising with the client and suppliers to assist in providing the seamless transition of goods and services to the site.

The handover is seen as an important part of the whole process. At the and of each project we aim to exceed our clients expectations in terms of quality, engineering, innovation and timing.
